Terms of Service

TFC League provides league information, player statistics, game signups, team tools, and account features for league participants. Use the service lawfully and do not interfere with other members or the operation of the website.

Keep your account secure and link only to your own player profile. League administrators may correct account links, match records, or player data when information is inaccurate.

Match results, statistics, ratings, and other league records may be corrected as new information becomes available. Community-submitted data should be accurate and related to the applicable match.

Applicable prices, TFC Balance requirements, signup deadlines, and cancellation rules are shown before a participant commits to a game. External payments are recorded manually in the Balance Sheet and may not appear immediately.

Be polite and respectful. Share the game, support team play, and help other members improve. Prior futsal experience is helpful but is not required when a member is willing to learn and play as part of the team. TFC may decline to re-invite or restrict a player who repeatedly violates league policies or receives substantiated complaints from multiple members.

Members may cancel their membership at any time and request a refund of their remaining TFC Balance. TFC may also cancel a membership and refund the remaining balance for:

• Violence during a game.
• Low attendance, no-shows, or repeated tardiness.
• Failure to maintain the required TFC Balance.

Refunds are handled manually, so the member must remain reachable using the contact information available to TFC.

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. TFC League may restrict accounts that misuse the service or compromise league operations.
